Once LifeAssays has received your order you will receive email confirmation with information about your order. We will also send you an email message when your order has been packed and shipped.
Efficient warehousing and rapid deliveries are LifeAssays’ goal. The estimated delivery date is always indicated on your order confirmation.
Normal delivery time is 1-5 days, dependent on the location.
LifeAssays AB is not responsible for third-party errors, such as delivery delays caused by the carrier.
Purchase / payment terms
Payment terms are net 30 days. Unless other agreement has been reached before delivery, payment is due 30 days from the date of invoice.
LifeAssays AB retains the right to the goods sold until full payment has been received.
Please note that all LifeAssays webshop prices are list prices excluding VAT and apply at the time of publishing. We reserve the right to adjust prices without notice in the event of a significant change to our purchase prices or other conditions, e.g. exchange rates.
For customers with a long-term agreement with Lifeassay AB, prices other than those listed on the webshop may apply.
Customers (End-Users) with an Agreement with Lifeassays in the Nordic region receive free shipping on orders exceeding SEK 3500 or 380 Euro (excl. VAT). For orders under SEK 3500, shipping costs will be added and will be calculated according to the item’s weight and destination. In the case of incomplete orders, any outstanding items will be delivered free of charge.
Shipping charges will be added according to current courier (Postnord/UPS/Fedex) price list.
Shipping to Distributers: The Shipping costs will be charged to the distributer, Prices are EXW (ex works) LIFEASSAYS shipping point (international commercial terms ‘Incoterms’ 2000) unless otherwise is agreed in writing, signed by LIFEASSAYS, exclusive of all taxes and duties imposed by The Distributor’s country, which The Distributor agrees to pay directly or reimburse LIFEASSAYS for. Packing is included in the price and is non-returnable.
Under a warranty repair, LIFEASSAYS will pay all freight/shipping, customs, packing and insurance costs, for the return journey.
Passing of Risk Distributors
The Distributor is responsible for and assumes the risk of loss or damages to the goods including incidental or consequential damages arising there from upon delivery at LIFEASSAYS’s SHIPPING POINT. In addition to any excuse provided by applicable law, LIFEASSAYS shall be excused for non-delivery or delay in delivery arising from any events beyond LIFEASSAYS’s control whether or not they were foreseeable by either party when entering into this contract, specifically whether or not LIFEASSAYS has selected the carrier or such loss or damage is due to any negligence or act or omission of LIFEASSAYS. If The Distributor so wishes, LIFEASSAYS will at The Distributor’s expense provide transport insurance. In no event shall LIFEASSAYS be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising out of any failure to deliver goods or loss of or damage to any goods delivered to the Distributor.
Warranty and Returns
All of our products come with a 12-month warranty.
The warranty covers original manufacturing, workmanship or material defects not caused by external influences or improper handling.
The warranty does not cover failures due to moisture, humidity or similar, or errors caused by incorrect installation and assembly, improper handling, lack of maintenance, unauthorized alteration or repairs, and/or damage incurred when moving the product.
Complaints must be reported immediately to LifeAssays AB, within 8 days of receipt of the product(s). When making a claim, please state your customer number, invoice number, and lot or batch number for reagents or series number of instrument(s). After agreement with Lifeassays AB returns must be sent to the LifeAssays warehouse in Lund. For approved claims, LifeAssays AB will pay the shipping.
Claims regarding goods damaged in transport must be made directly to the shipping company.
